Pie Recipe #2 -- Old Fashioned Rhubarb Custard Pie

1 10-inch unbaked pie crust
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
4 cups chopped rhubarb
Fill pastry crust with rhubarb. Mix sugar and milk until sugar is dissolved. Add slightly beaten eggs, vanilla and salt and pour over the rhubarb. Bake at 325ยบ for 90 minutes, or until knife comes out of center clean.
