Pie Recipes #84: Vinegar Pie Recipe



1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unbleached flour
1 cup cold water
5 tablespoons vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
4 large eggs; beaten

Method

Combine sugar and flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan.
Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.


Yield: 6 servings
