Pie Recipes #160 - Mock Pecan Pie Recipe



Mock Pecan Pie

1 - 9 inch unbaked pie crust
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 cup rolled oats

Directions
1 Beat the eggs. Stir in melted butter, syrup, sugar,
salt, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in oats. Pour
filling into crust.
2 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40
minutes.
