Old fashioned Vinegar Pie Recipe

1/2 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. vinegar
1 8" unbaked pie shell
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vinegar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 350 degree oven, for 45 minutes, or until knife blade
inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean.
Cool on rack.
Makes 6-8 servings
