Pie Recipes #131 - Ice Cream Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ice Cream Pumpkin Pie

1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pint butter pecan ice cream, softened
1 graham cracker crust (10 inches), baked & cooled
Whipped cream
Chopped nuts

Directions:In a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, beat well. Stir in icecream. Spoon into crust. Freeze several hours or overnight. Let piestand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish withwhipped cream and nuts.
