Pie Recipes #138 - Three Fruit Pie Recipe



4 cup thickly sliced unpeeled nectarines
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
Double pie crust
Bake at 425F for 15 minutes then reduce to 375 for 35 minutes or until fruit is done.
